Credits: what was spent, and a ceiling of your own (Free)

What it does: A Credits tab showing the month to date, the price list the plugin is working from, and the last hundred charges — including the spend nothing else records, the outline of a draft that died on its body call. A Queue row carries what that post has cost so far. How to access: Draft Forge > Credits; the ceiling is a field on Draft Forge > Settings; wp draftforge credits prints the same numbers. Free/PRO: Free. The ceiling is a number the operator sets, defaults to 0 meaning none, is enforced in the free package in front of every metered call, and the add-on can neither raise it nor lower it — a paid tick meets the same wall a free click does. Notes:
  • The window is the calendar month in UTC, not the Forge billing period; the screens say so in words.
  • A charge the API did not itemise is marked “estimated” everywhere it is shown. A long draft can cost more than the list price — /ai/process multiplies it above ten thousand tokens.
  • A refusal by the ceiling is not an empty wallet and must never be worded as one: the fix is to raise a number you set, not to buy credits you already have.
